What is happening?
Temporary Road Closure – Reading Road, Sherfield On Loddon, Basingstoke
Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
Road To Be Closed: that part of Reading Road between its junction with Bramley Road heading North-East until the road terminates.
Alternative Route: N/A
Duration Of Order: from 22nd January 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 58 days).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
