What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

C7K – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

“The Aberdeenshire Council (C7K Between Glensaugh Farm and the Bows – 08.01.24) (Temporary

Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2024” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 08.01.24 (excluding weekends) for 20 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C7K between Glensaugh Farm and the Bows.

Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.

The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to bellmouth upgrade works. An alternative route is available via the C7K – Inverurie Street – High Street – Kintore Street – Monboddo Street – Burnett
