ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Crow Lane and South View Terrace, Otley, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for footway and carriageway works. Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Crow Lane and South View Terrace, Otley, Leeds in the Otley & Yeadon Ward between its junction with Side Copse, along South View Terrace and to its junction with Wellcroft. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Diversion 1 – Side Copse, St Clair Terrace and Cross Green; Diversion 2 – Side Copse, Bremner Street, Cross Green, Walkergate, Charles Street, Gay Lane and vice versa; Diversion 3 – Well Croft, Tealback Approach and Cambridge Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Thursday 4th January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 12th January 2024. (Back Hillcrest Avenue, Chapeltown, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Northern Power Grid works, Leeds City Council made an Order on 11 January 2024, the effect of which is that:-No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Back Hillcrest Avenue, Chapeltown, Leeds in the Chapel Allerton Ward for approx 200m from its junction with Shepherds Lane. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Diversion 1: Cowper Street, Hillcrest Avenue/Spencer Place, Shepherds Lane; Diversion 2: Shepherds Lane, Hillcrest View/Hamilton Terrace, Cowper Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. 16th January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Coldcotes View, Gipton, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for gas mains replacement, Leeds City Council made an Order on 11 January 2024, the effect of which is that:-No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Coldcotes View, Gipton, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between its junctions with Coldcotes Drive and 59 Coldcotes View. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Coldcotes Drive, Coldcotes Circus, South Farm Road, Coldcotes View, Coldcotes Crescent. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. 17th January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Northern Gas Network Works, Leeds City Council has made an Order on 11 January 2024, the effect of which is as follows:-No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Station Road, Otley, Leeds in the Otley & Yeadon Ward one-way between its junctions with Bondgate and Burras Lane. Vehicles will still be able to use Burras Lane to enter Bondgate/Kirkgate. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Kirkgate, Beech Hill, Westgate, Piper Lane, Bradford Road, West Chevin Road, Burras Lane. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Monday 15th January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 26th January 2024. The closure will be in place 24 hrs each day.

(Back Roundhay View, Harehills, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Cable Overlay – excavate to install cable, joint new cable, transfer services and reinstate excavations Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Back Roundhay View, Harehills, Leeds in the Chapel Allerton Ward between its junctions with Harehills Lane and Cross Roundhay Avenue. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Harehills Lane, Roundhay View or Roundhay Avenue, Cross Roundhay Avenue and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 22nd January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 9th February 2024.

(Temporary Parking Restriction) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for parking suspension to facilitate deliveries to Co-op Brierley Academy Site Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park, stop or wait on Cross Green Lane, Cross Green, Leeds in the Burmantofts Richmond Hill ward between its junctions with Glencoe View and Copperfield Avenue. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 22nd January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restriction) (No.46) Order 2014

Amendment (No.2) Order 2023

and Bramhope School Expansion Scheme (Speed Limit) (No.12) Order 2023 Leeds City Council has now made the above Orders under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Orders which came into force on 22nd December 2023 is to introduce:

1.  No Waiting At Any Time on Breary Lane, Bramhope, both sides, from a point 6 metres east of its junction with the projected eastern kerb line of Tredgold Garth in a westerly direction for a distance of 15 metres; Breary Lane, Bramhope the south-west side, from a point 16.5 metres south east of its junction with the projected south eastern kerb line of Breary Rise in a north westerly direction for a distance of 31.5; Breary Lane, Bramhope, the south-west side, from its junction with the projected south eastern kerb line of Parklands Gate in a south easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres; Breary Rise, Bramhope, both sides, from its junction with the projected south western kerb line of Breary Lane in a south westerly direction for a distance of 7.5 metres; Long Meadows, Bramhope, the west side, from its junction with the projected southern kerb line of School Green in a southerly direction for a distance of 10 metres; Parklands Gate, Bramhope, both sides, from its junction with the projected south western kerb line of Breary Lane in a south westerly direction for a distance of 15 metres; School Green, Bramhope, both sides, from its junction with the projected western kerb line of Tredgold Crescent in a westerly direction for a distance of 10 metres; Tredgold Avenue, Bramhope, both sides, from its junction with the projected south eastern kerb line of Tredgold Crescent in a south easterly direction for a distance of 15.5 metres; Tredgold Avenue, Bramhope, the south-east side, from its junction with the projected south western kerb line of Wynmore Avenue in a north easterly direction for a distance of 27 metres; Tredgold Crescent, Bramhope, the north-west side, from its junction with the projected south western kerb line of the Medical Centre Access Road in a south westerly direction for a distance of 16 metres; Tredgold Crescent, Bramhope, the south-east side, from a point 10.5 metres north east of its junction with the projected north eastern kerb line of Tredgold Avenue in a south westerly direction for a distance of 26.5 metres; Tredgold Crescent, Bramhope, the west side, from its junction with the projected northern kerb line of School Green in a northerly direction for a distance of 11 metres; Tredgold Garth, Bramhope, both sides, from its junction with the projected southern kerb line of Breary Lane in a southerly direction for a distance of 18 metres; Wynmore Avenue, Bramhope, both sides, from its junction with the projected south eastern kerb line of Tredgold Avenue in a south easterly direction for a distance of 13 metres.

2.   30 MPH Speed Limit on Leeds Road, Bramhope, From a point 169 metres south east from its junction with The Birches to a point 50 metres north west of its junction with Church Hill in a north westerection.

3.   40 MPH Speed Limit on Leeds Road, Bramhope, from a point 539 metres north west of its junction with Old Pool Bank in a south easterly direction to a point 50 metres north west of its junction with Church Hill.

4.   The revocation of existing items as identified in the draft Order Schedules.A copy of the Order together with plans showing the affected sections of highway may be obtained by e-mailing legal.development@leeds.gov.uk. if you wish to object to question the validity of an Order or any provision contained within it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not be complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restrictions) (No.43) Order 2014 Amendment No.1 Order 2023

Leeds City Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce:

1.   No Waiting at any Time on parts of: Blake Grove, Potternewton; Brantford Street, Chapel Allerton; Chapeltown Road, Chapeltown; Cliffdale Road, Meanwood; Floral Avenue, Chapel Allerton; Gledhow Park Drive, Chapeltown; Harehills Lane, Chapeltown; Harrogate Road, Moortown; King George Avenue, Chapel Allerton; Mansion Gate Drive, Chapeltown; Mansion Gate, Chapeltown; Potternewton Court, Chapel Allerton; Potternewton Lane, Chapel Allerton; Shepherds Lane, Chapeltown; Spencer Place, Chapeltown; St Lawrence Street, Chapel Allerton; Wharfedale Avenue, Meanwood; Wharfedale Street, Meanwood;

2.   No Waiting between specified hours on parts of: Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton – Monday to Friday, 8am to 9.15am & 4.30pm to 6.30pm, Saturday, 8am to 9.15am & Noon to 1pm; Newton Road, Potternewton, Monday to Friday, 8am to 9.30am & 3pm to 4.30pm;

3.   Area Of Highway Designated As A Parking Place For The Purpose Of Loading And Unloading Goods: Cliffdale Road, Meanwood, the south-east side – From a point 21.5 metres north east of its junction with the projected northeastern kerb line of Meanwood Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 12 metres, any vehicle used for the purpose of loading and unloading goods, Monday to Saturday 8am to 10am & 4pm to 6pm (inclusive); 4. On Street Time Limited Parking on: Cliffdale Road, Meanwood, the southeast side – From a point 7.5 metres north east of its junction with the projected north eastern kerb line of Meanwood Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 14 metres, All Days All Hours, 2 Hours No Return Within 1 Hour; Cliffdale Road, Meanwood, the south-east side – From a point 21.5 metres north east of its junction with the projected north eastern kerb line of Meanwood Road in a north easterly direction for a distance of 12 metres, Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm & 6pm to 8am the next day, 2 Hours No Return Within 1 Hour; Potternewton Lane, Chapel Allerton, the south side – From a point 10 metres east of its junction with the projected eastern kerb line of Blake Grove in an easterly direction for a distance of 80 metres, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (inclusive) 2 Hours No Return Within 2 Hours; Potternewton Lane, Chapel Allerton, the south side – From a point 20 metres south east of its intersection with the extended south eastern kerb line of Hardwick Close in a south easterly direction for a distance of 10 metres, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (inclusive), 2 Hours No Return Within 2 Hours; Potternewton Lane, Chapel Allerton, the south-west side – From a point 8 metres south east of its intersection with the extended south eastern kerb line of Hardwick Close in a north westerly direction for a distance of 16 metres, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (inclusive), 2 Hours No Return Within 2 Hours;

5. On Street Parking Place for the purpose of Coach Pick Up and Set Down: Hamilton Terrace, Chapeltown, the east side – From a point 75 metres north of its junction with the projected northern kerbline of Cowper Street for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction. Buses &/or Coaches, 1 Hour No Return Within 1 Hour, All Days 8am to 4pm (inclusive);

6. On Street Permit Parking Zone for Vehicles displaying a valid permit; a person who has been issued with a permit authorised by the Council; All Days All hours: on the whole of: Wharfedale Avenue, both sides, Meanwood, and Wharfedale Grove, both sides, Meanwood; and parts of: Wharfedale Mount,

Wharfedale Place, Wharfedale Street, Wharfedale View, Meanwood;

7. the revocation of existing items as identified in the draft Order Schedules.
