What is happening?

STEVENAGE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Stevenage Borough Council, pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Government (Arrangements for Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with Hertfordshire County Council in exercise of its powers under section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, has approved the following variation in parking charges in relation to the following Parking Places detailed below with effect from Monday 29 January 2024:

THE BOROUGH OF STEVENAGE

(TOWN CENTRE, STEVENAGE) (ON-STREET PAY & DISPLAY AND PAY BY PHONE PARKING) ORDER 2016 And

THE BOROUGH OF STEVENAGE

(MARSHGATE, STEVENAGE) (PAY-BY-PHONE PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021

Pay and Display Parking Places in Danestrete, Marshgate, Southgate, Swingate, The Quadrant and Westgate Charges payable until Sunday 28 January 2024 Charges payable from Monday 29 January 2024
