LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - SECTION 123
DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT SCHOLES CRICKET CLUB, OAK SCAR LANE, HD9 1SX

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of an area of approximately 9800 square metres of land at Scholes Cricket Club, Oak Scar Lane, HD9 1SX. The land is presently classed as Public Open Space and will remain in use as a cricket club.

Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Harry Garland (quoting reference: DEV/ HG/70a-564), Kirklees Council, Legal Services, PO Box 1720, Huddersfeld, HD1 9EL no later than 26 January 2024, giving full reasons for such objection.

A copy of the plan showing the area in question may be inspected free of charge online at https://www.kirklees.gov.uk/beta/premisesand-land/council-land-and-property.aspx. A copy may also be requested by contacting Harry Garland on 01484 221000, or by email: harry.garland@kirklees.gov.uk, and quoting reference DEV/ HG/D70a-564.
