Field Drive - Temporary Road Closure

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
FIELD DRIVE, SHIREBROOK

WHEN: 8th January 2024 to 12th January 2024 (08:00 to 16:00)
WHERE: Field Drive, Shirebrook between its junction with Vale Drive and its junction with Long Lane.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Unnamed Road from Long Lane to Sherwood Drive, Church Drive, Recreation Drive, Unnamed Road between Field Drive and Vale Drive, Field Drive and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
