U3124 THE CORDWAINERS FOOTPATH ALNWICK
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on that section of the U3124 The Cordwainers Footpath Alnwick for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 22nd January 2024 until the 22nd July 2024.
It is expected that the footpath will only be closed from the 2nd February 2024 until the 9th February 2024 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 22nd July 2024.
There is no alternative route for pedestrian traffic.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for resurfacing works.
In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
