What is happening?

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U3Z10 ROPES DRIVE, KESGRAVE

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3210 Ropes Drive, Kesgrave from Century Drive to Elmers Lane to facilitate repairs to a manhole cover. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Ropes Drive, Fentons Way and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 04/01/2024 from 10am - 3pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to Public Sewer Services Limited. Tel: (01449) 678932.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C601 WILDE STREET, RECK ROW

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C601 Wilde Street, Beck Row from The Stix for 100 metres northbound to facilitate surface reinstatement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be The Street, Eriswell Road, the B1112, and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 13/01/2024 from 8am - 6pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to Highway Safety Management. Tel: (01473) 554385.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C702 BURY ROAD, BRETTENHAM

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C702 Bury Road, Brettenham from the junction with Chapel Hill for 20 metres southbound to facilitate a new water connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Chapel Hill Bury Road Thorpe Morieux Felsham Road, Great Green, Chapel Road, Howe Lane, the A1141 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 04/01/2024 -05/01/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to TBF Traffic. Tel: (01449) 490865.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U7413 BELL LANE, HAWSTEAD

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U7413 Bell Lane, Hawstead from 450 metres east of the junction with Bury Road for 50 metres eastbound to facilitate tree trimming. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Bury Road, Hawstead, The Pound, Nowton Road, Hawstead Road, Low Green, the A134, Stanningfield Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate on 04/01/2024 from 9am - 3pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to BTS Group. Tel: (01449) 720330.
