The Proposed Submission draft of the Plan is being published in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 for representations to be made on the ‘soundness’ and legal compliance of the plan (and its accompanying material). They may include a request to be notified when the Plan is submitted for independent examination, when the examination recommendations are published and/or when the Plan has been adopted.

The representations period on the Proposed Submission plan will run for eight weeks, and all representations must be received between 9am 9th January 2024 and 11:59pm 5th March 2024. Late representations may not be accepted as duly made.
