ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
PUBLIC FOOTPATH N37 NUNEATON & BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Footpath closed to ALL traffic from Grid Reference
X438204 Y291073 to Grid Reference X438068 Y291000.
Reason for Order: Because construction works are being carried
out on or near to the footpath.
Order Commenced: 14 July 2022 and was due to expire on
13 January 2024. However, the Secretary of State in exercise of his
powers under Section 15(5) of The Road Traffic Act 1984 has
directed that the Order shall continue in force until 13 January
2025 or until completion of the works, whichever is the earlier
(unless the Secretary of State issues a further direction).
Access & Diversion: Crowhill Road, Public Bridleway N39 and a
permissive section over land owned by the developer.

PIPERS LANE, ANSLEY
Order Effect: Road closed between Coleshill Road and Ridge Lane/
Oldbury Road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable sluice valve renewal.
Order Commences: 10 January 2024 for 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 January 2024.
Access & Diversion: Pipers Lane, Ridge Lane, Birchley Heath Road,
Nuneaton Road, Coleshill Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
BURGAGE PLACE, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from the junction with
Abbey Street.
Reason for Order: Replacement of a jointbox frame and cover in
the carriageway.
Order Commences: 23 January 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 25 January 2024.
Access & Diversion: No diversion is available.
Contractor: Conley Utilties, Tel: 01675 446 285.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and
egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of
road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access
will be maintained where possible.
