What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

CHAPEL STREET, SHARNFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 23/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas to undertake repair and maintenance work.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Coventry Road, Aston Lane, Holyoak Drive, park View, Brookfield.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 22/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. 
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the installation of new sewer mains. 
The proposed diversion route will be via: Ashby Road, Netherley Road, Middlefield Lane, Hinckley and vice versa.

Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in schedule 2 and 3 to this order are hereby suspended temporarily for the duration of the works. 

THE BARRACKS, FOOTPATH FROM THE BARRACKS TO JERSEY WAY FOOTPATH U94, FOOTPATH T99, BARWELL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, EQUESTRIANS AND NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 23/01/2023 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. 
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week. 
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the installation of new water connection.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 22/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to facilitate new sewer apparatus and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. 
The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake the installation of new apparatus. 
The proposed diversion route will be via: Shenton Lane, Atherstone Road, Sheepy; Atherstone Road, Fenn Lanes, Witherley; Fenn Lanes, Sheepy; Fenn Lanes, Mill Lane, Main Street, Sutton Cheney and vice versa.
