Cheshire East Borough Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980), to dispose of open space being part of King George V Playing Field, Coppenhall Lane, Crewe, Cheshire CW2 8TT by way of a lease.
