Dyke Road Drive, Temporary Closure to facilitate Parapet Wall Works

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - DYKE ROAD DRIVE, BRIGHTON

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 20 December 2023 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary closure of Dyke Road Drive from its junction Standford Road for approximately 120 metres in an easterly direction.

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out Replacement of parapet walls.

Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a diversion for vehicular traffic will be signed.

3. This Order comes into force on 2 January 2024 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 10 May 2024.
