(North Horsham: E-Path E146 Swallowtail Road) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that West Sussex County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close the following lengths of E-path E146 Swallowtail Road: 8 to 14, 8 to 16, 17 to 27, 33 to 37, 39 to 42, side of 42, 44 to 47.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst fibre optic cabling works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 3 January 2024 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 3 January 2024 between 0800 and 1700 hours and will be completed by 18 January 2024. The sections of E-path 146 will not all be closed at the same time. Signage will indicate when the sections are closed.

Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to Virgin Media, telephone number 07963 759977. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.

(Nuthurst: Nuthurst Street) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice West Sussex County Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to close Nuthurst Street.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst high voltage cables are installed.

The Order came into effect on 15 January 2024 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated the works will commence on or after 15 January 2024 and will take 3 weeks to complete. Any queries about the works to take place should be directed to UKPN telephone number 07769 145729. Any queries about the effect of the Order on vehicles using the highway should be directed to WSCC, telephone number 01243 642105.
