Sarum Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Work On The Road
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - SARUM ROAD, HURSLEY, WINCHESTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED:
that part of Sarum Road between its junction with Farley Mount Road and its junction with Sparsholt Road.ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Farley Mount Road, Sparsholt Road
DURATION OF ORDER: from 8th January 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days between the hours 09:00-17:00).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
