What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND
SUSPENSION OF ONE WAY ORDER
GODFREY STREET / MARKET PLACE
HEANOR
WHEN: 2nd January 2024 to 12th April 2024
WHERE: Godfrey Street, Market Place, Heanor
between its junction with Mundy Street and its
junction with Wilmot Street.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway / footway
reconstruction and paving works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Godfrey Street, Mundy
Street, Wilmot Street Heanor and vice versa.
The road closure and one way suspension will
be in force for the time stated or until the work
is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any
inconvenience caused while work takes place.

Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended).
