The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway resurfacing works.
There will be no waiting and no loading permitted throughout the duration of the works
The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted during various times on a rolling programme commencing 1st January 2024 where the
presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be
displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the said roads in any order,
or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed 31st March 2024.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 481025 ST JAMES STREET (BARTON AND TREDWORTH WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the 481025 St James Street Road from its junction with Barton Steet to its junction with
Upton Street for a distance of approximately 175 metres.
The reason for the closure is for water works.
The said road is expected to be closed between 4th January 2024 and 5th January 2024 only or until the works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH EHU 23 (BROCKWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath EHU 23 from a point at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 88542/17322 and then
extending in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 55 metres to its junction with EBW 3 at (OSGR) SO 88588/17291.
The Public Footpath falls within the Parish of Brockworth in the Tewkesbury Borough, within the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst construction works are completed.
The Order will come into force on 1st January 2024 and it is anticipated that the said Public Footpath will remain closed for 6 months until
1st July 2024. After this date, if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures
taking effect. This Order may permit the closure of the said roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be
completed by 19:00hrs on 31st October 2024.
