PUBLIC NOTICE

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (LYNDALE DRIVE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Lyndale Drive in both directions outside property 99. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 2 January 2024 until 12 April 2024. The diversion route is: Westport Crescent and vice versa. The Order is required to facilitate structural repairs to an existing culvert.
