WAITING) TRAFFIC
REGULATION
ORDER 2023 (8369)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Nottinghamshire
County Council proposes
to make an Order under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, as amended, Traffic
Management Act 2004, as
amended, and The Civil
Enforcement of Parking
Contraventions (County of
Nottinghamshire) Designation
Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086),
as amended, the effects of
which will be, in respects of
roads at Upper Broughton in
the Borough of Rushcliffe: -
Vehicles will be prohibited
from Waiting At Any
Time along the following
lengths of road:
CHAPEL LANE, UPPER
BROUGHTON (both sides)
- From its junction with A606
Main Road in an easterly
direction for 6 metres.
MAIN ROAD, UPPER
BROUGHTON
(the north-east side)
- From a point oposite a point
34 metres south-east of its
junction with Bottom Green in
a north-westerly direction to a
point 6 metres north-west of its
junction with Rectory Drive.
MELTON ROAD, UPPER
BROUGHTON
(the north side)
- From its junction with A606
Main Road in a south-easterly
direction for 34 metres
RECTORY DRIVE, UPPER
BROUGHTON
(the east side)
- From its juntion with A606
Main Road in a northerly
direction for 20 metres
(the north side)
- From its junction with A606
Main Road in a north-easterly
direction for 9 metres
- From a point 37 metres northeast
of its junction with A606
Main Road in a north-easterly
direction up to and including its
north-eastern extremity
(the south-east side)
- From its its north-eastern
extremity in a south-westerly
direction for 25 metres.
- From its junction with A606
Main Road in a north-easterly
direction for 30 metres
(the west side (refuge)
- From its juntion with A606
Main Road for the entire
length of the refuge

the roads, which is causing
obstructions and affecting
emergency services and
residents to access properties.
