The Council of the London Borough of Haringey has made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below:-

Grove Avenue and Vallance Road N10

Reason for 14(1) Order - Gas mains replacement works on behalf of Cadent Gas

Operational dates

Date: Tues 2nd Jan 2024 to Mon 26th Feb 2024

Time: 24hrs

General Effect of Order

To introduce no waiting/no loading on both sides of Grove Avenue from its junction with Dukes Avenue to its junction with The Avenue (works will be phased and undertaken in 100m sections as detailed below):

PHASE 1 - from a point adjacent to No.79 Dukes Avenue to a point outside and opposite No.21 Grove Avenue - 02/01/24 - 15/01/24

PHASE 2 - from outside and opposite No.21 to outside and opposite No.39 Grove Avenue - 15/01/24 - 26/01/24

PHASE 3 - from outside and opposite No.39 to outside and opposite No.57 Grove Avenue - 26/01/24 - 05/02/24

PHASE 4 - from outside and opposite No.57 to outside and opposite

Coppetts Road N10

Reason for 14(1) Order - electricity works on behalf of UKPN

Operational dates

General Effect of Order

 i. To introduce no waiting/no loading on the west side of Coppetts 2024 Road N10 outside No.18 Oakwood Crescent (opposite lamp column CT/37/S) to outside No.14 Oakwood Crescent (lamp column CT/36/S).

ii. To introduce no waiting/no loading on the west side of Coppetts Road N10 from outside No.14 Oakwood Crescent (lamp column CT/36/S) to a point outside lamp column CT/32/S.

iii. To suspend the footway parking bay on the east side of Coppetts Road N10 outside No.94 & No.96 Martins Walk (between lamp column CT/35/S and lamp column CT/34/S)

Silsoe Road N22, Brook Road N22

Reason for 14(1) Order - Tower crane erection

Operational dates

Date/Time: 6am on Wed 3rd Jan 2024 to 10pm on Thurs 4th Jan 2024 Backup date/Time: 6am on Tues 23rd Jan 2024 to 10pm on Wed 24th Jan 2024

General Effect of Order

i. To close Silsoe Road N22 for its entire length between Coburg Road and Brook Road.

ii. To close Brook Road N22 from its junction with Silsoe Road to the 2024 to 10pm on Wed 24th Jan 2024 unused access to Iceland carpark opposite No.20.

iii. To suspend all parking restrictions on both sides of Silsoe Road N22 for its entire length between Coburg Road and Brook Road.

iv. To suspend all parking restrictions on both sides Brook Road N22 from its junction with Silsoe Road to the unused access to Iceland carpark opposite No.20.

Mount Pleasant Road N17

Reason for 14(1) Order - sewer cleaning on behalf of Thames Water

Operational dates

Date: Thurs 4th Jan 2024 to Fri 5th Jan 2024 Time: 10pm to 5.30am

General Effect of Order

To close Mount Pleasant Road N17 from its junction with The Avenue to its junction with Chester Road.

Alternative route will be via The Avenue, Dongola Road, Chester Road and vice versa.

Etheldene Road N10

Operational dates

Date: Thurs 4th Jan 2024 to Fri 5th Jan 2024 Time: 10pm to 5.30am

General Effect of Order

To close Etheldene Road N10 from its junction with Rookfield Avenue to its junction with Park Road.

Alternative route will be via Cranley Gardens, Park Road, The Chine, Cascade Avenue, Rookfield Avenue and vice versa.

Elm Grove N8 & Dickenson Road N8

Reason for 14(1) Order - Manhole Cover Replacement

Operational dates

Date: Mon 8th Jan 2024 for 1 day

General Effect of Order

 i. To close Elm Grove N8 at its junction with Dickenson Road. Time: 9:30am to 3:30pm Alternative route will be via Briston Grove, Tregaron Avenue, Elm Grove and vice versa.

ii. To suspend resident permit holders parking bays on the south side of Dickenson Road N8 outside No.34 to outside flats 1-8 The Woodlands.

Wood Lane N6

Reason for 14(1) Order - Manhole Cover Replacement

Date: Mon 8th Jan 2024 for 1 day

Time: 9.30am to 3.30pm

General Effect of Order

To close Wood Lane N6 from the shared property boundary of No.30/32 to the shared property boundary of No.34/36. Alternative route will be via

a) Wood Lane, Muswell Hill Road, Archway Road, Shepherds Hill, Wolseley Road, Park Road, Cranley Gardens and vice versa.

b) Muswell Hill Road, Cranley Gardens, Wood Vale, Queenswood Road, Wood Lane & vice versa

Ferry Lane N17

Reason for 14(1) Order - works on behalf of BT Openreach

Operational dates

Date: Mon 8th Jan 2024 to Tues 9th Jan 2024 Time: 9:30am to 3:30pm

General Effect of Order

|To close the cycleway on the north side of Ferry Lane N17 from a point between Navigation Point flats and the access to Hale Service Centre to a point outside the Car Wash.

The Roundway N17

Reason for 14(1) Order - works to install a new water supply on behalf of Thames Water

Operational dates Date: Mon 8th Jan 2024 to Fri 12th Jan 2024

General Effect of Order

 i. To close the cycleway on the west side of The Roundway N17 from Time: 24hrs its junction with Gospatrick Road to a point outside No.101 The Roundway.

ii. To suspend permit holders parking on the west side of The Roundway N17 in the layby adjacent to No.56 Gospatrick Road.

iii. To suspend permit holders parking on the west side of The Roundway N17 in the layby outside No.99 to No.101 The Roundway.

Reason for 14(1) Order - mains repair on behalf of Thames Water

i. To close Willan Road N17 between the give way points outside No.1-Time: 24hrs 88 Stapleford.

Alternative route will be via Gloucester Road, The Avenue, Willan Road and vice versa.

ii. To suspend the permit parking bays on the south side of Willan Road N17 outside No.1-88 Stapleford.

iii. To suspend the permit parking bays on the north side of Willan Road opposite No.1-88 Stapleford.

Clarence Road N22

Reason for 14(1) Order - works to exchange outside stop valve on behalf of Thames Water

Date: Mon 15th Jan 2024 to Wed 17th Jan 2024

Time: 24hrs

General Effect of Order

To close Clarence Road N22 from its junction with Truro Road to a 2024 point outside shared property boundary of No.74/76 Clarence Road.

Alternative route will be via Truro Road, Trinity Road, Nightingale Road, Clarence Road and vice versa.

Grainger Road & Lordship Lane N22

Reason for 14(1) Order - works to water chambers by Thames Water

Operational dates

Date: Mon 15th Jan 2024 to Mon 5th Feb 2024

Time: 24hrs

General Effect of Order

i. To close Grainger Road N22 from its junction with Lordship Lane for 2024 25 metres.

ii. To ban vehicles travelling in an easterly direction on Lordship Lane N22 to turn right into Westbury Avenue.

iii. To suspend the loading bay on the west side of Grainger Road N22 at its junction with Lordship Lane, adjacent to No.492 Lordship Lane.

iv. To suspend the pay by phone parking bays on the east side of Grainger Road N22 at its junction with Lordship Lane, adjacent to No.490 Lordship Lane.

Reason for 14(1) Order - works to replace manhole cover

Date: Sat 20th Jan 2024 for 1 day

General Effect of Order

To close Coppetts Road N10 from its junction with Creighton Avenue Time: 9am to 11 am adjacent to No.45 & No.47 Creighton Avenue to the street sign post referenced CT/302/S at the boundary of No.12a Coppetts Road. Alternative route will be via Pages Lane, Creighton Avenue and vice versa.

Cholmeley Park N6

Reason for 14(1) - works to install new water supply plus reinstatement

Operational dates

Date: Mon 22nd Jan 2024 to Fri 26th Jan 2024 Time: 24hrs

General Effect of Order

To close Cholmeley Park N6 from its junction with Archway Road to a point adjacent to No.223 Archway Road.

Alternative route will be via Archway Road, Causton Road, Cholmeley Park and vice versa.

Berners Road N22

Reason for 14(1) Order - works to clear blockages with excavation on behalf of BT Openreach

Operational dates

Date: Mon 22nd Jan 2024 to Wed 24th Jan 2024 Time: 24hrs

General Effect of Order

To close Berners Road N22 from its junction with Lordship Lane to its junction with Hardy Passage.

Alternative route will be via Lordship Lane, St Albans Crescent, Gathorne Road and vice versa.

Fryatt Road N17

Reason for 14 (1) - works to install new water connection on behalf of Thames Water

Operational dates

Date: Mon 22nd Jan 2024 to Fri 26th Jan 2024 Time: 24hrs

General Effect of Order

i. To close Fryatt Road N17 from outside No.13 to outside No.15 (inclusive).

ii. To suspend permit parking and disabled parking bays on east side of Fryatt Road N17 from outside No.11 to No.19.

iii. To suspend permit parking and disabled parking bays on west side of Fryatt Road N17 from outside No.8 to No.18.

iv. To relocate the disabled bay on the east side of Fryatt Road N17 from outside No.15 to outside No.17.

v. To relocate the disabled bay on the west side of Fryatt Road N17 from opposite No.15 to outside No.18.

Lanchester Road N6

Reason for 14(1) Order - works to install a new water supply on behalf of Thames Water

Date: Mon 29th Jan 2024 to Fri 2nd Feb 2024

General Effect of Order

i. To close Lanchester Road N6 outside shared property boundary of 2024 No.52/50 to outside the shared property boundary of No.61 /59.

Alternative route will be via Lanchester Road, Woodside Avenue and vice versa.

ii. To introduce no waiting/no loading on both sides of Lanchester Road N6 outside and opposite the shared property boundary of No.52/50 to outside and opposite the shared property boundary of No.61/59.

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by traffic signs. For road closures, alternative routes will be directed by traffic signs.
