Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

Location Description

Ashleys Alley N15 To formalise all the existing Double Yellow Lines on Ashleys Alley N15.

Brabant Road N22 To formalise the existing Double Yellow Lines and Double Kerb Blips on both sides of

Brabant Road N22 , from outside the rear of Eclipse House to the rear of No.13 to 27 (Oita).

Brantwood Road N17  To formalise the operational times for the existing Pay by Phone parking bay adjacent to the rear of No.864 High Road to Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm with a maximum stay period of 3 hours and no return within 1 hour and on event days Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday and public holidays 12pm-8pm with a maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour.

Church Lane N17 To formalise the operational times for the Doctors Permit Holders Only parking bays near the junction with Lordship Lane to Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm.

Coleraine Road N8 To formalise the operational times for both the shared use Resident Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone parking bays  opposite to and adjacent to No.1. The Resident Permit Holders Only restriction will operate Monday-Saturday 6:30am-10pm & Sunday 8am-10pm and the Pay by Phone restriction will

operate Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm.

Crouch End Hill N8 To formalise the existing No Waiting & No Loading restrictions on the west side of Crouch End Hill N8 between property No.58 to No.22, both operating Monday-Saturday 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm.

Denmark Road N8 I. To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only Parking/ Pay by Phone Parking bays on the south side of Denmark  Road N8 To adjacent to Haringey Grove Community Centre.

II. To adjust the Double Yellow Lines on both sides at the Denmark Road/Wightman Road junction in accordance with the extended kerb layout.

Gathorne Road N22 To formalise the operational times for all the Resident Permit Holders Only restrictions on the shared use bays on the north  side of Gathorne Road to Monday-Saturday 6:30am-10pm & Sunday 8am-10pm

High Cross Road N17 To formalise the operational times of the SS18 Welbourne Primary School Street Zone of Monday-Friday 8:30-9:15am & 2:30-3:45pm.

High Road N17 To formalise the Double Yellow Kerb Blips (no loading at any time) restrictions outside No.840/842.

Penshurst Road N17 I. To formalise the Double Yellow Lines on both sides of the carriageway outside the entrance to flats 16-28.

II. To formalise the Single Yellow Line on the east side of the carriageway starting approximately 36 metres south from the junction with White Hart Lane, operating Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm and on event days Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm, Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday & public holidays 12pm-8pm.

Rivulet Road N17 To formalise the Permit Holders Only bay on the northeast side of the carriageway opposite No.157 operating 8am-6:30pm and on event days Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm and public holidays 12-8pm.

Southey Road N15 To formalise the existing Resident Permit Holders Only parking bays and Single Yellow Line restrictions on both sides of  the carriageway between properties 2 to 20, all operating Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm.

Tottenham Hale North Controlled Parking Zone N17 (Various Roads) To formalise the operating hours for the following Pay by Phone parking bays to Monday-Sunday 8am-6:30pm with a maximum stay and no return period of 2 hours and on event days Monday-Friday 8am-8:30pm, Saturday-Sunday & public holidays 12pm-8pm with a maximum stay and no return period of 2 hours:

I. Outside No.6 Parkhurst Road N17

II. On Hollington Road N17 adjacent to the flank wall of No.65 Sherringham Avenue.

III. On the west side of Hollington Road N17 outside the entrance to Hartington Park.

IV. On Kemble Road N17 adjacent to flats 7-37 Scotland Green

V. On the south side of Park View Road opposite and adjacent to No.75

VI. On Windsor Road N17 adjacent to the flank wall of No.123 __Dowsett Road._

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council's statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
