Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu, mewn dim llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorch-ymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw gerbydau rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd Heol Lewis o bwynt 40 metr i’r gogledd o’r gyffordd â Ffordd y Cefnfor i’r gyffordd â Freshmoor Road.
Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar neu ger y briffordd, a disgwyl-ir iddo ddod i rym Ddydd Iau 4 Ionawr 2024.
Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau a gaiff eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.
Bydd y llwybr amgen i gerbydau yr effeithir arnynt gan y gorchymyn hwn ar hyd Freshmoor Road, Heol Portmanmoor a Ffordd y Cefnfor.
Enw'r Gorchymyn fydd "Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Heol Lewis, Caerdydd) (Cau Ffordd Dros Dro) 2023”.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROPOSAL
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(LEWIS ROAD, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicles from using or proceeding along Lewis Road from a point 40 metres north of its junction with Ocean Way to its junction with Freshmoor Road.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near to the highway and is expected to come into operation on Thursday 4th January 2024.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this closure will be via Freshmoor Road, Portmanmoor Road and Ocean Way.
The Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Lewis Road, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023”.
