INTRODUCTION OF A CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE P1 PUTNEY HEATH

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 13 December 2023 made the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004:-

* The Wandsworth (Putney Heath) (Parking Places) Order 2023

* The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 644) Order 2023;

* The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2023

2. The general effect of the Orders is to introduce a controlled parking zone in the Putney Heath area in Bowling Green Close, Heathview Gardens, Portsmouth Road, Telegraph Road and Wildcroft Road and to introduce limited time free parking in Telegraph Road and Wildcroft Road, with a maximum stay of 4 hours operating between 7am and 7pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive and in a section of Wildcroft Road operating between 7am and 7pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive with a maximum stay of 1 hour.

3. The following provisions would apply to the extended Controlled Parking Zone:

* parking places will be designated in the roads described in paragraph 2 above;

* permit holder only parking places hours of operation will be 11am to Noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive;

* vehicles which may be left in the parking places during the hours of operation will be passenger vehicles (16 passengers or less) and goods carrying vehicles: -

* displaying either a valid resident permit, a valid visitor permit or a valid business permit appropriate to the P1 zone or a disabled person's badge;

4. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 19 December 2023, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 49 and 49 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The general effects of the Orders and measures are detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders,, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months

from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/TM01998) within 28 days of the date of this Notice.

Proposals in Garratt Lane and surrounding roads:-Introduction of mandatory cycle lanes

- Southbound from 1 to 329 Garratt Lane, from 477 to 481 Garratt Lane, from Moreton House to 971 Garratt Lane and from 977 to 1015 Garratt Lane. - Northbound from Iron Mill Place junction to 96 Garratt Lane; Upgrading existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines on Garratt Lane along the mandatory cycle lanes. Amending the hours of operation of lengths of bus lane so that they operate between 7am and 7pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive in the following lengths of road:-Southbound from No. 333 to 467 Garratt Lane; Northbound from No. 784 Garratt Lane to Garratt Lane / Wimbledon Road roundabout

Southbound from No. 1017 to 1065 Garratt Lane Making various changes to the parking bays, including removal and introduction of certain bays in the following locations:-

Removal of bays in Garratt Lane:-Approximately 9 parking spaces opposite 100

3 parking bays totaling approx. 9 parking spaces, outside 100 - 104 Garratt Lane which will link up with the existing cycle lane opposite Iron Mill Place. They will be replaced with double yellow lines and loading restrictions operating Monday - Friday 7-10am and 4-7pm

2 disabled persons' parking bays outside 273 Garratt Lane relocated to 271 Garratt Lane

1 disabled persons' parking bay outside Streatham Cemetery (Moreton House end) removed and replaced

with 2 disabled bays outside Streatham Cemetery opposite Garratt Lane / Smallwood Road junction.

1 disabled persons' parking bay outside No. 331 Garratt Lane.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

SECTION 247 LAND SOUTH OF 156-232 WHITLOCK DRIVE

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping up of the highways described in the First Schedule.

THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning consent under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the London Borough of Wandsworth under local planning authority reference 2020/5124.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE Areas of Highway to be Stopped Up

A. The area of Whitlock Drive marked "A" and hatched in black on the attached plan, consisting of an area of 4.27m2 running from a point north to south on the western side of Whitlock Drive for 5.9m, and from a point east of west of 0.72m.

B. The area of Whitlock Drive marked "B" and coloured black on the attached plan, consisting of an area of 0.74m2 running from a point on the western side of Whitlock Drive north to south for 0.35m and from a point east to west of 4.2m.

C. The area of Whitlock Drive marked "C" on the attached plan and coloured black, consisting of an area of 0.96m2 running from a point on the western side of Whitlock Drive north to south for 0.3m ad east to west for 6.4m.

WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - RAMSDEN ROAD SW12

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Ramsden Road to facilitate ITS Technology Group utility works.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Ramsden Road from the side of 69 Nightingale Lane to the junction of Nightingale Lane. There will be no waiting at any time.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 18 December 2023 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 20 December 2023.
