The County of Cornwall (Bodinnick Road, Road From Allen Valley Road To Wayside, Bodmin)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th January 2024 to 26th January 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekends included.

Roads affected - Bodinnick Road, Road From Allen Valley Road To Wayside, Bodmin between junction on Wadebridge Road and junction on Road From Wadebridge Road to the B3266 Between Bearoak Hill and Longstone Road.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Trenarry To Junction North West Of Cottage Farm, Road From Commons Road To Trenarry, Cubert) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Cubert. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th January 2024 to 16th January 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Commons Road To Trenarry, Tresean and Road From Trenarry To Junction North West Of Cottage Farm, Treworgans, Cubert for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for works to replace damaged pole and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th January 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1630, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Coombe Hill To Dowgas, St Austell between junction on Coombe Hill and junction on Road From Penlan Cottage to Junction North of Fortescue Mine.

This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th January 2024 to 22nd January 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Crinnicks Hill, Bodmin between No 3 and No 1 Prospect Terrace.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th December 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for works to make under pressure connection to existing water main and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd January 2024 to 12th January 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Old Callywith Road, Bodmin outside of Callywith College.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th January 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1630, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Sunrise Cottages To A3058 At St Marions, Kestle Mill for its entire length and Road From Trerice To Sunrise Cottages, Trerice, Newquay between grid reference SW84791 59143 and SW84467 58649.
