The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 6 (Part) Warbstow (‘The Barn’, Trelash) Public Path Diversion Order 2023 

The above Order made on 12th December 2023 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will, if confrmed, divert the public footpath commencing at its junction with a part of Public Footpath Number 6 to be retained approximately 68 metres south-south-west of ‘The Barn, Trelash’ at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SX 18607/90205 and continuing in a generally north-north-easterly direction for a distance of 81 metres and terminating at its junction with County Road C0320 approximately 14 metres north of ‘The Barn, Trelash’ at OSGR SX 18645/90276 to a revised line commencing at its junction with a part of Public Footpath Number 6 to be retained approximately 68 metres south-south-west of ‘The Barn, Trelash’ at OSGR SX 18607/90205 and continuing in a generally north-easterly and then northerly direction for a distance of 85 metres and terminating at its junction with County Road C0320 approximately 15 metres north-east of ‘The Barn, Trelash’ at OSGR SX 18652/90275. 

A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be downloaded from Cornwall Council’s website at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/countryside/public-pathorders/made-public-path-orders/ and have also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Camelford Library and Information Service, Town Hall, Market Place, Camelford PL32 9PD between the hours of 10:00 to 16:30 Mondays & Tuesdays; 08:30 to 14.30 Wednesdays; 10.00 to 13.00 Thursdays and Saturdays (except between Saturday 23rd December 2023 and Monday 01st January 2024 when the ofce will be closed). Alternatively copies of the and Order map may be obtained free of charge from publicpathorders@cornwall.gov.uk. 

Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Path Orders ofcer at Cornwall Council, Countryside Access Team, P O Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or by email to publicpathorders@cornwall.gov.uk (quoting reference HAD 286) not later than Friday 26th January 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made. 

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confrm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Afairs for confrmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
