Templeton Place - Temporary Road Closures For Development Works
What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES TEMPLETON PLACE
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has made an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
FOOTWAY CLOSED TO PEDESTRIANS FOR DEVELOPMENT WORKS.
Templeton Place footway, to be closed outside of the K+K Hotel George.
To be closed from 08.00hrs on Monday 8th January 2024 until 18.00hrs on Thursday 31st October 2024.
Pedestrians are to be safely diverted to use the opposite footway.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
