THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (MOORBRIDGE ROAD AND MOORBRIDGE ROAD EAST, BINGHAM) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING)TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023 (8372)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Bingham in the Borough of Rushcliffe: -

1. Proposed Prohibition from Prohibited from Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:- MOORBRIDGE ROAD, BINGHAM (the east side)

 - from a point 5 metres north of its junction with Moorbridge Road East in a southerly direction for 30 metres MOORBRIDGE ROAD EAST, BINGHAM (the north side)

 - from its junction with Moorbridge Road in an easterly direction for 30 metres (the south side) 

 - from its junction with Moorbridge Road in an easterly direction for 25 metres Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -

 a) Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP
 
b) Bingham Library, Eaton Place, Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 8BE

The proposed restrictions are being introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking at the junctions.
