7th January 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Brenton Road, Downderry between property known as Dar Gwenen and the junction of Bridge Road.

This prohibition is necessary for new sewer pipeline and connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd January 2024 to 30th January 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Middle Taphouse. This prohibition is necessary for detailed bridge inspection works on behalf of Network Rail and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th January 2024 to 16th January 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 26th November 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Plaidy Lane, East Looe between grid reference SX 26239:53729 and property named Raven Rock.
The Order which commenced on the 27th November 2023 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 31st January 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because emergency works are being executed on or near the highway to clear landslip.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
