simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st March 2024.

Upton Street for a distance of approximately 175 metres.
The reason for the closure is for water works.
The said road is expected to be closed between 4th January 2024 and 5th January 2024 only or until the said works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH EHU 23 (BROCKWORTH PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath EHU 23, from a point at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 88542/17322
and then extending in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 55 metres to its junction with EBW 3 at (OSGR) SO 88588/17291.
The said Public Footpath falls within the Parish of Brockworth in the Tewkesbury Borough, within the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst construction works are completed.
The said Order will come into force on 1st January 2024 and it is anticipated that the Public Footpath will remain closed for 6 months, until
1st July 2024. After this date, if the closure is still required, it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

temporarily close and restrict part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the closures and restrictions is to carry out pre-surface treatment patching.
There will be no waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The said roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 07:00hrs on 1st January 2024, where the presence of approved
signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking
effect. This Order will permit the closure of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by
19:00hrs on 31st October 2024.
