Diwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Gwahardd a Chyfyngu Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio 2019. Mae’n ddyletswydd ar CBS Blaenau Gwent dan Adran 122 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 wrth wneud Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig i ystyried symudiad prydlon, cyfleus a diogel traffig a thraffig arall (yn cynnwys cerddwyr). Mae’r Cyngor yn ystyried fod angen y Gorchymyn hwn i helpu atal rhwystro’r briffordd gyhoeddus a gostwng tagfeydd, gan hefyd wella llif traffig a diogelwch ffordd ar gyfer pob defnyddiwr ffordd yn cynnwys cerddwyr. |

To Amend the Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places Consolidation Order 2019. Blaenau Gwent CBC has a duty under Section 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 when making TROs to consider the expeditious, convenient and safe movement of traffic and other traffic (including pedestrians). The Council considers this Order necessary to help prevent obstruction of the public highway and reduce congestion, whilst also improving traffic flows and road safety for all road users including pedestrians. |
