Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 9, 10, 32(1), 35(1),45, 46,
49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(as amended).

east from its junction with Park View Crescent in a south
easterly direction for a distance of approximately 27 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Chelmsford City)
(Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places)
(Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tiles:

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 19 December 2023.

inspection 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-5pm on Friday at Essex

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity
of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within
the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) or
on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under
it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks
from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Boreham Road, Boreham)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boreham Road, Boreham
in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 170m north west of its
junction with Drakes Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in a north
westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2024
for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWD5MT12R002 –
Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate
signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for
the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are
undertaken by Openreach.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boreham Road, Great
Leighs in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 30m north east of
its junction with Goodmans Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in a north
easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2024
for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA002WD5MP18Y –
Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate
signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for
the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are
undertaken by Openreach.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cammas Lane, White
Roding in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 440m south east
of its junction with Needham Green Road for a distance of approximately 95m
in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on
17th January 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410216657
– Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate
signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the
safety of the public and workforce while stop tap and boundary box installation
works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Cammas Lane, Marks Hall Lane, Chelmsford
Road, Needham Green Road, Cage End, Cammas Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th December 2023 and may continue in force
for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Street, Great Baddow)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Great
Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Molrams Lane for a
distance of approximately 180m in a south westerly direction. The closure is
scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2024 for 5 nights (21:00-05:00),
or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003921 – Essex County Council).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing
and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the
public and workforce while repairs to bridge expansion joint works are
undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Molrams Lane, Maldon Road, High Street,
Church Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th December 2023 and may continue in force
for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Edwins Hall Road,
Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Main Road
for a distance of approximately 80m in a north easterly direction. The closure
is scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2024 for 4 days, or where stated
on a valid permit (EC30045338824 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates
may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce
while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Main Road, Crows Lane, Hollands Lane and
vice versa (with access only into Edwins Hall Road).
The Order came into effect on 7th December 2023 and may continue in force
for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Elm Road, South Woodham Ferrers)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elm Road, South Woodham
Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 30m north west of
its junction with The Chase for a distance of approximately 50m in a north westerly
direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2024 for 11 days,
or where stated on a valid permit (EC30095095664 – UK Power Networks). The
scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/
or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public
and workforce while underground service replacement works are undertaken by
UK Power Networks.
No alternative route is available (with access only into Elm Road).
The Order came into effect on 7th December 2023 and may continue in force
for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hullbridge Road, South
Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 50m
north west of its junction with Champions Way for a distance of approximately
45m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on
6th January 2024 for 1 night (23:30-07:30), or where stated on a valid permit
(KL701WIS-34-10-060124 – Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled
dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public
and workforce while track inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail
Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Hullbridge Road, Albert Road, Ferrers Road,
Fen Roundabout, Burnham Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th December 2023 and may continue in force
for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ingatestone Road, Stock
in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Stock Road for a distance of
approximately 50m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to
commence on 9th January 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC008OGEA11327919 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these
works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The
closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead
cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Stock Road, High Street, Stock Road A12
Flyover, Galleywood Road, Wood Street, Wood Street Roundabout, London Road,
Writtle Bypass Roundabout, Three Mile Hill, Three Mile Hill Roundabout, Link
Between Three Mile Hill Roundabout and Whites Place Roundabout, Whites
Place Roundabout, Main Road, Stock Lane, Ingatestone Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th December 2023 and may continue in force
for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Marston Beck, Chelmer Village)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Marston Beck,
Chelmer Village in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 110m
north east of its junction with Colyers Reach for a distance of approximately
65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on
11th January 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC008WF5RT78LLA01 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Road, Pleshey in
the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 170m west of its junction
with Ford End Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a westerly
direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st January 2024
for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30082653137 – UK Power

north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd January

junction with Cooksmill Green for a distance of approximately 40m in a north
easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2024

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above
Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wood Street, Chelmsford
in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Wood Street Roundabout for
a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction. The closure is
scheduled to commence on 8th January 2024 for 2 nights (20:00-05:00), or

Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

west of its junction with Highwood Road for a distance of approximately
50m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence
