Temporary Closure of Middle Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Middle Road - from the junction with Mowground Lane, eastwards for a total distance of 214 metres. This Order will enable Mike Ford Groundwork to install a cable duct for a private supply.
The Order becomes effective on 26th December 2023 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 6th January 2024 and last until 8th January 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
