BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - DYKE ROAD DRIVE, BRIGHTON

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect: -

a) The temporary closure of Dyke Road Drive from its junction Standford Road for approximately 120 metres in an easterly direction.

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out Replacement of parapet walls.

Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a diversion for vehicular traffic will be signed.

3. This Order comes into force on 2 January 2024 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 10 May 2024.
