PETERBOROUGH CITY COUNCIL
SCHOOL STREET PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE ZONE ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough has made the above Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’, following consultation with the Chief Officer of the Police and all other enabling powers.
The effect of this Order is to supersede the previous school streets orders (made in 2022 & 2023) and also incorporate the Gladstone Primary Academy sites on Gladstone Street and Bourges Boulevard into the order.
This Order comes into effect on the 22 January 2024 and may be cited as The Council of the City of Peterborough School Street Pedestrian and Cycle Zone Order 2023
