PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF FORMER PLAYING FIELD LAND

Surrey County Council PUBLIC NOTICE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF FORMER PLAYING FIELD LAND Section 77 School Standards and Framework Act 1998 Notice is hereby given that Surrey County Council is intending on making an application to the Secretary of State for Education over the potential disposal of former playing field land north of FORMER SURREY HILLS CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL Abinger Common, Surrey, RH5 6HZ. The submission of this application does not constitute a formal decision by the Council to dispose of any land at Abinger Common. To comply with Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, the Council must consult with various interested parties and members of the public over the potential disposal. The former playing field area under consideration for disposal at the FORMER SURREY HILLS CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL Abinger Common is approximately area = 0.2989 ha (0.7386 acres) and is situated off Abinger Common. Views and comments on the proposed disposal of the former playing field at FORMER SURREY HILLS CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL Abinger Common should be addressed to: Surrey County Council, Woodhatch Place, 11 Cockshot Hill, Reigate, RH2 8EF Email: rob.mcdonald@.surreycc.gov.uk. A plan will be available at the above address. All comments and representations received before the closing date will be taken into account and reported to the Secretary of State as part of the ‘Section 77’ application process. This consultation will close at six weeks from the date of the first advert.
