What is happening?
THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL OF STOCKPORT (CHURCH LANE AND RIDGE ROAD, MARPLE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (REVOCATION) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time at Church Lane, East Side: From its intersection with the northern kerb line of Ridge Avenue, for a distance of 40 metres in a northerly direction. Ridge Road, East Side: From its intersection with the southern kerb line of Ridge Avenue, for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction. Revocation of No Waiting at Any Time at Church Lane, East Side: From its intersection with the northern kerb line of Ridge Avenue, for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction. Ridge Road, East Side: From its intersection with the southern kerb line of Ridge Avenue, for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
