Willington Road & Willington Bridge - Temporary Road Closure For Installation Of Comms Ducting Including Boxes
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE WILLINGTON ROAD REPTON AND WILLINGTON BRIDGE, WILLINGTON
WHEN: 2nd January 2024 to 5th January 2024 (00:00 to 23:59)
WHERE: Willington Road, Repton up to and including Willington Bridge at Willington
REASON: To facilitate installation of comms ducting including boxes as necessary.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Willington Road, B5008 Burton Road, Horninglow Street, Hawkins Lane, A38 Carriers Road, The Castle Way, Repton Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
