TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH HIGH WYCH 43

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath High Wych 43, heading south and westfrom juction with Hygh Wych Lane, for an approximate distance of 300m. Alternative Route: no suitable alternative on PRoW network The purpose of the Order is to enable remedial works to take place. The section of Footpath High Wych 43 will be closed on or after 21 December 2023 for up to 6 months, when signs are in place. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PIG LANE AND PROCTORS WAY, BISHOPS STORTFORD) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”):- 1. that length of Pig Lane, Bishops Stortford from its junction with Haslemere south eastwards for a distance of approximately 200 m. An alternative route will be via Pig Lane, B1383 London Road, A1060 Hallingbury Road and Pig Lane. 2. that length of Proctors Way, Bishops Stortford from its junction with Pig Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 100 m. An alternative route will be via Pig Lane, B1383 London Road, Burley Road, London Road and Proctors Way. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing gas main is proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3 January 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A1184 HARLOW ROAD, SAWBRIDGEWORTH) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A1184 Harlow Road, Sawbridgeworth from its junction with Redricks Lane southwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 352m (“the Road”), except for access. An alternative route will be via A1184 (Harlow Road/Bonks Hill/London Road/ Cambridge Road/London Road/St James Way/Bishops Park Way), A120 (Hadham Road/Little Hadham Bypass/Standon Road/Stortford Road/Kents Lane/Standon Hill), A120 (Wadesmill Bypass/unnamed road), A10 Amwell Link Road, A414 (Eastwick Road/Fifth Avenue/Edinburgh Way) and A1184 Cambridge Road. The Order is needed because roundabout contruction works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 January 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE STREET, FURNEUX PELHAM) ORDER NO.2 2023

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of The Street, Furneux Pelham from its junction with Barleycroft End north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with The Wash, a distance of approximately 950m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via Barleycroft End, C15 (unnamed road), C107 (unnamed road) and The Street. The Order is needed because cabling works are proposed to be executed near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 January 2024 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN STANDON ROAD/STORTFORD ROAD, LITTLE HADHAM AND HADHAM ROAD, BISHOPS STORTFORD) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Standon Road/Stortford Road, Little Hadham and Hadham Road, Bishops Stortford from its junction with the A120 Standon Road/A120 Little Hadham Bypass roundabout south eastwards to its junction with the A120 Hadham Road/A120 Little Hadham Bypass roundabout, a distance of approximately 3183m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via A120 Little Hadham Bypass. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 2 January 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A1184 (Harlow Road/Bonks Hill/ London Road), Sawbridgeworth from its junction with High Wych Road north eastwards to its junction with Station Road, a distance of approximately 1082m (“the length of Roads”), except for access. An alternative route will be via A1184 (Harlow Road/Cambridge Road), A414 (Edinburgh Way, Fifth Avenue/Eastwick Road), A10 (Amwell Link Road/ unnamed road/Wadesmill Bypass), A120 (Standon Hill/Kents Lane/Stortford Road/Standon Road/Little Hadham Bypass/Hadham Road) and A1184 (Bishops Park Way/St James Way/London Road/ Cambridge Road/London Road). ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length the Roads whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 7 December 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN STATION ROAD, BISHOPS STORTFORD) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Station Road, Bishops Stortford from its junction with A1060 London Road westwards for a distance of approximately 118m (“the Road”). An alternative route will be via A1060 London Road, A1250 Hockerill Street, A1059 Dane Street and Station Road or via Station Road, A1059 (Dane Street/ Station Road), Riverside, Adderley Road, A1250 (The Causeway/Hockerill Street) and A1060 London Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 11 December 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN LINCOLN CLOSE, BISHOPS STORTFORD) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Lincoln Close, Bishops Stortford from its junction with Villiers Sur Marne Avenue north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length (“the Road”), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 11 December 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MALTING LANE, MUCH HADHAM) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Malting Lane, Much Hadham from its junction with Danebridge Road south westwards and north westwards to its junction with B1004 Tower Hill, a distance of approximately 388m (“the Road”), except for access. An alternative route will be via Oudle Lane and B1004 (High Street/Tower Hill). The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 December 2023 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
