Parish Ghyll Road, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Gas Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL BACK PARISH GHYLL ROAD, ILKLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Back Parish Ghyll Road, llkley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Back Parish Ghyll Road from the rear of No.9 Back Parish Ghyll Road to the rear of No.21 Back Parish Ghyll Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Back Parish Ghyll Road (unaffected section), Albany Walk, Parish Ghyll Road, The Grove and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 11th December 2023 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 18th December 2023 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
