yn croesawu derbyn gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg, a bydd unrhyw ohebiaeth a dderbynnir yn Gymraeg yn cael ei hateb yn Gymraeg ac ni fydd gohebu

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL
ENFORCEMENT) ORDER 2013 (AMENDMENT No. 27) ORDER 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bridgend County Borough Council
(hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) as the Highway Authority for Ynysawdre, have made the following Order in exercise of their powers
under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, 35, 124 and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of
all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act the effect of
which is to vary the BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES)
(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) ORDER 2013 (“the 2013 Order) as amended, by the revocation of the Order Plans BD28 REV3 ( Dated: 10/10/2022) and
BE28 REV1 (Dated: 10/07/2013) and the insertion of the revised Order Plans BD28 REV4 (Dated: 12/10/2023) and BE28 REV2 (Dated: 12/10/2023)
the effect of which is as detailed in the schedule below. A copy of the deposited documents including the Order and Statement of the Council’s
reasons for making the Order are available free of charge by contacting traffictransportation@bridgend.gov.uk or by telephone via the Customer
Service Centre Tel : 01656 643643 (please quote legal reference TRA001-1328/JPD) or from Bridgend Library, Bridgend Life Centre, Angel Street,
Bridgend, CF31 4AH between the following hours: Monday 09:00-18:00 / Tuesday 09:00-20:00 / Wednesday 09:00-18:00/ Thursday 09:00-20:00
/ Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 09:00-17:00 or from Sarn Library, Sarn Life Long Centre, Merfield Close, Sarn, Bridgend, CF32 9SW Monday –
Friday (10am-1pm and 2pm -5pm) or are available online at: https://www.bridgend.gov.uk/business/licensing/legal-notices-and-orders/.
Additionally a copy of the documents may be seen free of charge at Civic Reception at the address given below between during office hours. The
order was made on the 06/12/2023 and will come into force on the 18/12/2023. If any person wishes to question the validity of any Order or of
any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any
instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply
for the purpose to the High Court. The council welcomes receiving correspondence in Welsh, any correspondence received in Welsh will be
answered in Welsh and corresponding in Welsh will not lead to a delay in responding. SCHEDULE -PROHIBITION OF WAITING LOADING AND
UNLOADING AT ANY TIME 1.Heol Adare,Ynysawdre - (i) On its northern side, from a point approximately 20 meters (22 yards) west from its
junction with Heol-Yr-Ysgol, westwards for a distance of approximately 66 meters (72 yards).(ii) On its southern side from a point approximately
20 meters (22 yards) west from its junction with Heol-Yr-Ysgol, westwards for a distance of approximately 10 meters (11 yards). (iii) On its southern
side, from its junction with Heol-Yr-Afon, eastwards for a distance of approximately 40 meters (44 yards). 2.Unnamed Access Road to Ynysawdre
Swimming Pool, Ynysawdre - (i) On its eastern side from its junction with Heol Adare, southwards for a distance of approximately 8 meters (9
yards).(ii) On its western side from its junction with Heol Adare, southwards for a distance of approximately 8 meters (9 yards). Dated: 12/12/2023
