What is happening?

Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order:

U81242 Friars Street, Hereford Temporary One Way Traffic Suspension, to temporarily allow two way traffic on the following roads the U81242 Friars Street, Hereford.

The said suspension is required due to the closure of Friars Street. The said suspension will come into force on the 1st January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the suspension is expected to be in place for 5 days.
