ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Oak Tree Grove, Gipton, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for works to replace Gas main, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Oak Tree Grove, Gipton, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between its junctions with North Farm Road and Foundry Approach. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: North Farm Road, Oak Tree Walk, Foundry Approach and vice-versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Thursday 7th December 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 20th December 2023. The closure will be in place 24 hrs on each day. G Pugh. Ref: RC300999.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for gas mains replacement works, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Oak Tree Crescent, Gipton, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between its junctions with North Farm Road and Foundry Approach. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: North Farm Road, Oak Tree Walk, Foundry Approach and vice-versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from:

(Temporary Suspension of Cycleway) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the safe holding of the above event, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows: No unauthorised person shall proceed or cause any bicycle to proceed in the length(s) of cycleway: 1. Cookridge Street between its junctions with Great George Street and The Headrow. The Order is intended to operate from: Wednesday 6th December 2023 until Sunday 31st December 2023 between 10:00 and 22:00 hours daily. The restrictions will not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the said event or to pedestrians requiring access to premises. Emergency access will be maintained for the Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance purposes and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic. (Ring Road Bramley, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Closure to facilitate the construction of Sewage detention tank Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Ring Road Bramley, Leeds in the Pudsey Ward between its junctions with Ring Road Bramley and Ring Road Bramley. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Ring Road Bramley, Stanningley Bypass, Swinnow Road, Stanningley Bypass, Ring Road Bramley. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Sunday 7th January 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Lisbon Street, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) to assist with the traffic management in association with the construction of a PBSA works, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be as follows:- No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Lisbon Street, Leeds, in the Little London & Woodhouse Ward from the junction with Castle Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Monday 18th December 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 16th June 2025. The closure will be in place for 24 hours on each day. A Coultate. Ref: RC302954.

LCC101 Public Right of Way

(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of footpath construction works, Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order, the effect of which will be as follows: No person shall proceed along LCC101 Public Right of Way, starting at Seacroft Hospital to the end of LCC101. A diversionary route for pedestrians will be over the public bridge, LCC PRoW75, over the public footbridge. The Order is intended to operate from 8th January 2024 for 24 hours a day and will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restriction) (No.11) Order 2023

Leeds City Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce:

1.  On Street Pay by Phone Parking: Manor Road, Holbeck, the south side – From a point 30 metres west of its junction with the projected south western kerb line of Victoria Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 108.5 metres. 20 Bays – Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm (inclusive) – South Central charge; The Calls, City Centre, the south-west side – From a point 89 metres south east of its intersection with the projected eastern kerb line of Crown Street for a distance of 11.5 metres in a south easterly direction. 2 Bays – Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm & Sunday, 10am to 10pm (inclusive) – Central Short Stay charge.

2. On Street Parking Dock for E-Bike Hire on parts of: Cavendish Road, Woodhouse; Clay Pit Lane, Sheepscar; Crown Point Road, Hunslet; Dyer Street, City Centre; Eastgate, City Centre; Hunslet Lane, Hunslet; Kirkgate, City Centre; Manor Road, Holbeck; Meadow Lane, Holbeck; New York Street, City Centre; North Street, Sheepscar; Otley Road, Headingley; Oxford Place, City Centre; Park Row, City Centre; Park Square West, City Centre; Portland Street, City Centre; St Annes Street, City Centre; Swinegate, City Centre; The Calls, City Centre; The Headrow, City Centre; Vicar Lane, City Centre; Waterloo Street, Hunslet; Woodhouse Lane, City Centre; Woodhouse Lane, Woodhouse – All Days All House.

Warren Lane, Arthington Public Parking Scheme

24 Hour Rural Clearway & No Waiting at any Time

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leeds City Council has today made the above Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on the 8th day of December 2023. The effect of the Order is to bring into force on a permanent basis the provisions of the Experimental Order made on 18th August 2022, introducing the below traffic management measures in the Adel and Wharfedale Ward:

1. A 24 Hour Rural Clearway on:

a. Warren Lane, Arthington (both sides); from a point 160 metres north of its junction with Arthington Lane, in a northerly direction for a distance of 634 metres.

2. No Waiting at any Time on:

b. Warren Lane, Arthington (east side); from its junction with Arthington Lane, in a northerly direction for a distance of 160 metres.

c.  Warren Lane, Arthington (west side); from its junction with Arthington Lane, in a northerly direction for a distance of 7 metres.
