Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid Hal na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwelliannau i fan pasio cerbytffordd.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob traffig cerbydol oni bai am gerbydau eithriedig rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o ffordd ddkJdosbarth (yr U6045) Herbrandston i Draetfi Sandy Haven, Herbrandston - o bwynt ger yr eiddo a elwir yn Neuadd Herbrandston, i'r gorllewin i bwynt ger mynedfa Maes Parcio Traeth Sandy Haven.

Mae ffordd ddi-ddosbarth (yr U6045) Herbrandston i Draeth Sandy Haven yn ffordd 'dim ffordd drwodd'. Bydd mynediad yn parhau ond bydd oedi hir.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd priodol, yn dod i rym ar 8 lonawr, 2024 am bedair wythnos rhwng 8am a 5pm. Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl. THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (UNCLASSIFIED (U6045) HERBRANSTON TO SANDY HAVEN BEACH ROAD, HERBRANSTON (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary so that carriageway passing bay improvement works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Unclassified (U6045) Herbranston to Sandy Haven beach road, Herbranston - from a point near the property known as Herbranston Hall, west to a point near the entrance of Sandy Haven Beach Car Park

The Unclassified (U6045) Herbranston to Sandy Haven beach road is a no

through road. Access will be maintained subject to long delays.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into

effect on the 8th January 2024 for 4 weeks between 08:00hrs-17:00hrs.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should

the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
