1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough ?f Enfield (the Council) propose to make The Enfield (Prescribed Routes) (No. *) Traffic Order 202* and the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders referred to in paragraph 1 of this notice would be to:
(a) ban motor vehicles from entering the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice, during certain times of the day. This will be achieved by making those lengths of road a pedestrian and cycle zone. Barriers may be placed at entry points to the zone. (b) extend the existing "at any time' waiting restrictions in Chesterfield Road from its junction with Beaconsfield Road.
3. Access permit holders' vehicles will be permitted entry to the pedestrian and cycle zones and access permit holders' vehicles that are already in a length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice before the pedestrian and cycle zone commences will be permitted to leave. Access Permits will be available to properties within or accessible via the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
