What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984- SECTION (14.1)
The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below._
CLYDESDALE EN3 - 4130
Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water works
Operational Dates: 8 December 2023 between 08:00 hours and 18:00 hours for 3 calendar days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road and suspend parking on both sides of the road between its junction with Scotland Green Road and No. 28 Clydesdale EN3. While the road is closed, local diversions will be in operation.
FOX LANE N13 - 4131
Reason for 14(1) Order - Network Rail, Detailed Bridge Examination
Operational Dates: 10 December 2023 between 01:00 hours and 09:00 hours for 1 night or until works completed._
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its junction with Green Lanes N13. While the road is closed, local diversions will be in operation.
DENNY ROAD N9 - 4132
Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water works
Operational Dates: between 22: 00 hours on 11 December until 05:30 hours on 12 December 2023 for 2 nights or until works completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its junction with Hertford Road N9. While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation.
SOUTHBURY ROAD EN1 - 4133
Reason for 14(1) Order - Thames Water works
Operational Dates:
11 December 2023 "At any time" for
5 days or until works completed.
|The general effect of the Order will be to Suspend parking between Nos 215 and 231 Southbury Road; and Between Nos 170 and 180 Southbury Road.
KING EDWARDS ROAD - 4134
Reason for 14(1) Order - essential utility works
Operational Dates: 22:00 hours on
11 December 2023 "At any time" for
5 days or until works completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to Suspend parking on both sides of the road between Nos. 42 and 48 King Edwards Road N9.
HOLTWHITES HILL EN2 - 4135
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential utility works
Operational Dates:
11 December 2023 "At any time" for
5 days or until works are completed
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking between Nos. 51 to 25 on both sides of the road.
CHASE ROAD N14 - 4135a
Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential highway works
Operational Dates:
11 December 2023 for 5 days or until works are completed
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its function with Bramley Road southwards. While the road is closed, local diversions will be in operation.
HERTFORD ROAD EN3 EM74
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
17 November 2023 for a further 3 days
The general effect of the Order will be to close the northbound cycle lane from it's junction with Hoe Lane for approximately 30 metres northwards. While the cycle lane is closed cyclists will be required to dismount and walk or use the main carriageway to cycle.
HIGHFIELD ROAD N21 - EM75
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
21 November 2023 for a further 3 days
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road between Nos. 1 and 6. While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation
DORCHESTER AVENUE N13 - EM76
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
21 November 2023 for a further 3 days
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road between Nos. 26 and 34. While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation
CEDARS COURT N9 - EM77
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
28 November 2023 for a further 3 days.
The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking from its junction with Church Street N9 northwards for approximately 30 metres.
FORE STREET N9 - EM78
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
3 December 2023 for a further 7 days.
The general effect of the Order will be to close the southbound
cycle lane from outside Fore Street Police Station for approximately
45 metres and suspend parking on the west side of this road between Nos. 367 and 373b. while the Cycle Lane is closed cyclists will be required to dismount and walk or rejoin the main carriageway to cycle.
CHIMES AVENUE N13 - EM79
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
28 November 2023 for a further 2 days
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road between Nos. 20 and 26. While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation
CAVERSHAM AVENUE N13 - EM80
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
28 November 2023 for a further 2 days
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its junction with Fox Lane While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation.
DAWLISH AVNEUE N13 - EM81
Reason for 14(1) Order - follow on from 14.2 notice
Operational Dates:
2 December 2023 for a further 3 days
The general effect of the Order will be to close this road at its junction with Powys Lane N13. While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation.
