NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 29th November 2023 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended:

The general effect of the Orders:

1. To introduce new Cycle parking (storage) facilities at the following locations:-

1) Clyde Road N22 - WEST SIDE: Adjacent to the rear of No.107/109 Albert Road.

2) Whittington Road N22 - NORTHWEST SIDE: Outside No.67. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

3) Avenue Road N15 - WEST SIDE: Opposite No.94. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.

4) Carew Road N17 - NORTH SIDE: Outside No.17. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.

5) Rivulet Road N17 - NORTH SIDE: Outside No.30. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.

6) Stapleton Hall Road N4 - NORTHWEST SIDE: Outside No.97. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Parking bay.

7) Dukes Avenue N10 - NORTHWEST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.33 Methuen Park.

8) Harefield Road N8 - WEST SIDE: Opposite No.2. Replaces Shared Use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders parking bay.

9) Princes Avenue N22 - EAST SIDE: Adjacent to the rear of No.31/33 Albert Road.

10) Kings Avenue N10 - SOUTH SIDE: Adjacent to No.36 Tetherdown. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

11) Stapleton Hall Road N4 - SOUTHEAST SIDE: Outside No.168/170. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

12) Tregaron Avenue N8 - NORTH SIDE: Opposite No.1. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

13) Leith Road N22 - SOUTHWEST SIDE: Adjacent to the rear of No.22 Stirling Road. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

14) Frome Road N22 - NORTHWEST SIDE: Opposite No.1. Replaces Shared Use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders parking bay.

15) Eastern Road N22 - NORTHWEST SIDE: Outside No.2. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

16) Farrant Avenue N22 - SOUTHEAST SIDE: Outside No.176. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

17) Dowsett Road N17 - NORTH SIDE: Outside No.123. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.

18) Mafeking Road N17 - SOUTH SIDE: Outside No.20. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.

19) Holcombe Road N17 - NORTH SIDE: Outside No.42. Replaces Permit Holders parking bay.

20) Stirling Road N22 - SOUTHWEST SIDE: Adjacent to the rear of No.52. Replaces Resident Permit Holders parking bay.

The Cycle parking (storage) facility will be 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres in length.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 21st December 2023.

Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made. Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
