(Ashwells Road, Pilgrims Hatch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ashwells Road, Pilgrims Hatch in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 120m north west of its junction with Days Lane for a distance of approximately 85m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS482557A1 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Ashwells Road, Crow Green Road, Ongar Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Burnthouse Lane, Mountnessing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burnthouse Lane, Mountnessing in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Roman Road to its junction with Heybridge Road a distance of approximately 75m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th January 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001283770 – Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas pipe installation works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Roman Road, Heybridge Link, Mountnessing – Ingatestone Link Road, The Leas, Heybridge Road, Burnthouse Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Chase Road, Brentwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chase Road, Brentwood in the Borough of Brentwood from its junction with St James Road for a distance of approximately 10m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th January 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2353959 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage and ironworks are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via St James Road, Kings Road, Queens Road, Kings Chase and vice versa (with access only into Chase Road).
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Dudbrook Road, Navestock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dudbrook Road, Navestock in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 125m northwest then southwest of its junction with Beacon Hill Road for a distance of approximately 160m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th January 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410208429 – Affinity Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while service pipe replacement works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Navestock Side, Green Lane, Navestock Side Green, Snakes Hill, Princes Road and vice versa (with access only into Dudbrook Road).
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ingatestone Road, Blackmore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ingatestone Road, Blackmore in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 70m north east of its junction with Mountnessing Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th January 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410214850 – Affinity Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while service pipe renewal works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Fryerning Lane, Blackmore Road, Mill Green Road, Mill Lane, Ingatestone Road, Chelmsford Road and vice versa (with access only into Ingatestone Road, Blackmore Road).
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lincolns Lane, South Weald) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lincolns Lane, South Weald in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 440m south west of its junction with Coxtie Green Road for a distance of approximately 70m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS484935A1 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Lincolns Lane, Weald Road, Coxtie Green Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mill Green Road, Fryerning) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Mill Green Road, Fryerning in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Beggar Hill for a distance of approximately 500m in a northeasterly then northwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
“The Essex County Council (Brentwood Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019” will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 29th January 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2356103 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while CCTV survey and jetting works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Blackmore Road, Bag Lane, Beggar Hill, Ingatestone Road, Chelmsford Road, Mill Green Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mountnessing Road, Blackmore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mountnessing Road, Blackmore in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 325m south east of its junction with Ingatestone Road for a distance of approximately 300m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA74137523RC – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting and overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Mountnessing Road, Swallows Cross Road, Wyatts Green Road, Ingatestone Road, Chelmsford Road, Blackmore Road, Mill Green Road, Mill Lane, Fryerning Lane, High Street, Roman Road, Mountnessing – Ingatestone Link Road, Mountnessing-ingatestone Link Road, Thoby Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Priests Lane, Shenfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Priests Lane, Shenfield in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 120m north of its junction with St Andrews Place for a distance of approximately 90m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd January 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30073912064 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Hutton Road, Priests Lane, York Road, Worrin Road, Shenfield Road, Middleton Hall Lane and vice versa (with access only into Friars Avenue and Priests Lane).
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sandpit Lane, Pilgrims Hatch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Sandpit Lane, Pilgrims Hatch in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Danbury Close for a distance of approximately 35m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
“The Essex County Council (Brentwood Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019” will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while signage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Weald Road, Western Road, Western Avenue, Ongar Road and vice versa (with access only into Sandpit Lane).
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wenlocks Lane, Blackmore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wenlocks Lane, Blackmore in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 30m south west of its junction with Ingatestone Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410218707 – Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while chamber repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Wenlocks Lane, Blackmore Road, Nine Ashes Road, The Green, Ingatestone Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th December 2023 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
