CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS

DENNETT ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electric cable laying works to improve electric vehicle charging facilities at Thornton Heath Bus Garage, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Dennett Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Dennett Road will be closed between its junctions with Handcraft Road and Mitcham Road.

b) Parking bays on both sides of Dennett Road will be suspended in sections as work progresses, as detailed below.

* Phase 1 - Bays suspended from the junction with Handcroft Road to No. 32 Dennett Road.

* Phase 2 - Bays suspended from Nos. 32 to 77 Dennett Road.

* Phase 3 - Bays suspended from Nos. 77 to 113 Dennett Road.

* Final Phase - Bays suspended from No. 113 Dennett Road, to the junction with Mitcham Road.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via Mitcham Road, Sutherland Road and Pemdevon Road, or via the A235, Greenside Road, Sutherland Road, and Mitcham Road. Residents' access will be maintained.

4. The Order will come into operation on 30 November 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 11 January 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extents as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS IMPERIAL WAY. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate UK Power Networks connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Imperial Way, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) The cycle lane in Imperial Way will be closed outside No. 69 Imperial Way.

b) Parking on both sides of Imperial Way outside No.69 will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force cyclists using the cycle lane will be asked to dismount and use the footway.

4. The Order will come into operation on 05 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 15 December 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

KIDDERMINSTER ROAD. CROYDON

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new water connection on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Kidderminster Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Kidderminster Road will be closed between its junction with London Road and its junction with Lennard Road.

b) Parking bays within the above closure area will be suspended outside Nos. 2a and 2b, and opposite Molbee Motors, Kidderminster Road.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed.

* Via London Road, Nova Road, and Kidderminster Road

* Via Lennard Road, Oakfield Road, and London Road

* Via London Road, Oakfield Road, and Farquharson Road

4. The Order will come into operation on 04 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 12 December 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new water connection works on behalf of Thames Water they have made an order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Robert Street.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) The carriageway of the north-east to south-west arm of Robert Street will be closed between its junction with High Street, Croydon, and its junction with the north-west to south-east arm of Robert Street.

b) The south-eastern footway of Robert Street will be closed outside No. 2.

3. During the footway closure the diversion route for pedestrian traffic will be via a walkway in the carriageway.

4. The Order will come into operation on 04 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within approximately four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING WOODDVILLE ROAD. THORNTON HEATH

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a works to install a new joint box and customer connection on behalf of Openreach, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Woodville Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time:

a) On both sides of the road between the common boundaries of Nos. 57 and 59 and Nos. 68 and 70 Woodville Road.

b) In the disabled parking bay outside No. 63 Woodville Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 04 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extents as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(b) Any vehicle involved in the said works.

(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 FEATHERBED LANE. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to replace a telegraph pole on behalf of Openreach, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Featherbed Lane, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, both the carriageway and verge of Featherbed Lane will be closed between the entrance to Addington Court Golf Club and a point 350 metres south-east of that entrance.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via Featherbed Lane, Fairchildes Road, Chelsham Court Road, Beech Farm Road, B269, Sunny Bank, Farleigh Road, Old Farleigh Road, A2022, and vice versa.

4. The Order will come into operation on 21 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out in one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extents as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS PORTNALLS RISE & VINCENT ROAD. COULSDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works by SGN, they intend to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Portnalls Rise and Vincent Road, Coulsdon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place both Portnalls Rise and Vincent Road will be closed south eastbound at their junctions with Portnalls Road.

3. Whilst the closures are in force the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below.

* Vincent Road closure - diversion via Chipstead Valley Road, Sherwood Road and Portnalls Road, or via Chipstead Valley Road, Rickman Hill, Portnalls Rise and Portnalls Road.

* Portnalls Rise closure - diversion via Chipstead Valley Road, Vincent Road, and Portnalls Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 16 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be complete on 22 December 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any person or vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SANGLEY ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate duct laying works on behalf of Openreach, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Sangley Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Sangley Road will be closed between its junction with Huntly Road and a point 20 metres north-east of that junction.

b) The footways within the above closure area will be closed as necessary.

3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for vehicular traffic will be via Huntly Road, Whitworth Road, Sangley Road and vice versa, as appropriately sign-posted. Pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway.

4. The Order will come into operation on 18 December 2023, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle or person involved in carrying out the said work.

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
