What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

BUTLERS LANE, LONG COMPTON

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic outside The Manse.

Reason for Order: Installation of traffic management measures (Bbox).

Order Commences: 30 November 2023 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 01 December 2023.

Access & Diversion: Main Street, Vicarage Lane, Back Lane, Butlers Lane and vice versa.

Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

EDGE HILL LANE, EDGE HILL

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Access for engineers to provide new service, closed 08.00hrs-16.00hrs Sundays only.

Order Commences: 3 December 2023 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 10  December  2023.

Access & Diversion: Banbury Road, Tysoe Road, Oxhill Road, Bridge Street, Warwick Road, Church Mews, Banbury Street, Edge Hill Lane and vice versa.

Contractor: Sunbelt Rentals Ltd, Tel: 03700 500 792.

TOMMY’S TURN LANE, BRAILES

Order Effect: Road close to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: To safely enable air valve and chamber rebuild.

Order Commences: 4 December 2023 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 6  December  2023.

Access & Diversion: Tommy’s Turn Lane, Sutton Lane, Shipston Road, Main Road, Henbrook Lane and vice versa. Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

LITTLE COMPTON ROAD, BARTON-ON-THE-HEATH

Order Effect: Little Compton Road closed between junctions of Kitebrook Road and Barton Road to vehicular traffic.

Reason for Order: Meter chamber maintenance.

Order Commences: 6 December 2023 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 8  December  2023.

Access & Diversion: Little Compton Road, Kitebrook Road, London Road, Brewery Row, Oakham Road, Barton Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

BARTON ON HEATH ROAD, BARTON-ON-THE-HEATH

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Woodkeepers Lodge for approx. 50m North.

Reason for Order:  To enable installation of new track.

Order Commences: 13 December 2023 for up to 18 months.

Anticipated Completion: 19 December 2023.

Access & Diversion: Barton on Heath Road, Little Compton Road, Kitebrook Road, London Road, Great Wolford Road, Moreton in Marsh Road and vice versa.

Contractor: Freeflow Traffic Management Tel: 07971 691 755.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
