NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING CHARGES
NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Gravesham (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 32, 35, 35A, B and C and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in compliance with Section 25 of Part V of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, intends to vary the Gravesham Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment & Consolidation) Order 2015 (as amended) to introduce the changes to its car park pay & display and season ticket parking charges which are specified below. These variations will come into force on 1st February 2024.

Pay and Display Car Parks	GROUP 1 (Short Stay Car Parks): PARROCK STREET RATHMORE ROAD WEST STREET	GROUP 2 (Long Stay Car Parks): MILTON PLACE ORDNANCE ROAD GURDWARA (Monday to Friday only)
